Rebecca Mickey focuses her practice on the title and due diligence matters. Prior to joining Shanor & Franklin, Rebecca was the manager at an oil and gas operator in Oklahoma, where she was in charge of title, leasing, regulatory and curative work for their operations. Rebecca was also the Prospect Manager of a national brokerage firm where she managed projects in the Rocky Mountain region. The projects involved lease negotiation and acquisition, surface use agreement negotiation, pre and post-acquisition due diligence, title reports and title curative.
Rebecca graduated from the University of California, San Diego, and earned her J.D. at Suffolk University in 2006. She is licensed to practice in Washington and Oklahoma. Rebecca is not licensed in Colorado.
