Leah Brace

Leah Brace is a Certified Professional Landman (CPL) with over twenty years of energy industry experience. Prior to joining Shanor & Franklin LLC, her career predominantly focused on in-house land roles in the Permian and DJ Basins with mid-size operators. She brings a strong knowledge base and skills across a broad spectrum of land, including acquisitions, divestitures, due diligence, curative and contractual negotiation, drafting and interpretation.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Finance from the University of Colorado.

Ms. Brace spends the majority of her spare time as a “Golf Mom” supporting her teenage son’s high school and competitive golf.
