Julie Clark

Julie Clark is an energy attorney focusing on oil and gas title examination and rendering acquisition and drilling and division order title opinions for oil and gas companies, as well as curing title defects and probating estates to clear title to oil and gas/mineral interests. Additionally, she focuses on public utility regulation representing a large utility customer (a Fortune 100 Company) as a stakeholder in electric and renewable energy matters before the public utility commissions in various jurisdictions. Julie is admitted to practice law in Colorado, Texas, and North Dakota. She earned her J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School and her B.A. from the University of Iowa. She is involved in various non-profit organizations, including the Women’s Energy Network, the Denver Association of Oil and Gas Title Attorneys, the Denver Association of Professional Landmen, and iResQ.co, an animal welfare organization.
