Joe Gilmore

Joe Gilmore’s practice focuses on mineral title examination and rendering acquisition and drilling and division order title opinions for oil and gas development. Prior to joining Shanor and Franklin, Joe worked for Denver law firms performing title examination and curing heirship and conveyance issues for mineral owners. His experience also includes field work as a petroleum landman in Colorado, Wyoming and Montana. Joe received his J.D. from the University of Denver, and a B.S. in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. Joe is also certified as a ski instructor and as a pilot and flight instructor.
