Jason Hubbert has focused his practice on mastering oil and gas titles, rendering drilling and division order title opinions for industry leaders in various jurisdictions. His experience includes state, federal, and Indian lands. Jason’s practice also includes advising landowners on various property issues; drafting deeds, covenants, and leases; and representing clients in quiet title and similar actions.
Jason earned his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, receiving various honors and awards and graduating Order of the Coif. While there, he served as Articles Editor for Oklahoma Law Review and completed a semester externship in the Office of the Legal Advisor, U.S. State Department.
Prior to law school, Jason attended seminary and worked in various areas of Christian ministry and education. He remains active in his local church.
When not working, Jason enjoys attending NBA games and concerts. His hobbies include restoring midcentury modern pieces and designing and constructing furniture.
