Erin Thimmesch


Erin Thimmesch focuses her practice on oil and gas title, transactional, and regulatory matters, as well as estate planning, probate, and trust and estate administration. Additionally, Erin is experienced in assisting clients with various real estate transactions, business formation, and family law matters. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Compass Center for Families in Wyoming’s Sheridan and Johnson Counties.

Erin grew up in the rural, agricultural town of Chico, California where she worked as a paralegal for a prominent medical malpractice defense firm while working towards her undergraduate degree at California State University, Chico. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law and is licensed to practice in Wyoming and Montana.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys baking various sourdough bread recipes, and spending time with her husband, son, and two dogs adventuring through Wyoming’s Big Horn Mountains.
