Daniel Mitchell

Daniel Mitchell’s practice focuses on oil and gas title, transactional, and regulatory matters, specializing in rendering drilling and division order title opinions on fee, federal, state, and Native American lands. Daniel’s practice also includes energy litigation, real estate transactions, and probate and estate planning. Before becoming an attorney, Daniel was a title Landman for over ten years.

Daniel is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was Order of the Solicitors as well as a two-year competing member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court team. Before law school, Daniel attended the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma City University on a golf scholarship, where he was a three-time All-American and individual national champion.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending every second possible with his wife and three kids on the soccer and baseball fields, dance studio, and wherever else life may take them.
