Daniel Franklin’s practice focuses on assisting companies to acquire and divest real property and the negotiation of master service agreements and other commercial contracts. Additionally, Daniel assists oil and gas companies with oil and gas title and transactional services. He represents oil and gas companies in the purchase and sale of properties and in the negotiation and drafting of exploration, operating leasing, and master service agreements. Mr. Franklin also assists clients with various title issues, including the preparation of title opinions covering fee, state, and federal lands.
Daniel earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he served as the editor-in-chief of the Oil & Gas, Nat. Resources & Energy Journal. He graduated with an M.Ed. and B.S. from the University of Oklahoma. While an undergrad, Mr. Franklin played football for the University of Oklahoma and was a four-year letter winner and Academic All-Big 12.
