Caroline Shanor focuses her practice on title, transactional, regulatory, and due diligence matters, particularly rendering drilling and division order title opinions on fee, federal, and state lands. Prior to The Shanor Group, Caroline managed the oil and gas title practice group at a national law firm dedicated to serving the oil and gas industry.
Upon graduation from Columbia University in New York, Caroline worked as a landman for a Houston independent working with mineral titles and other land-related activities. That exposure validated her decision to make a career in the oil patch. Caroline received her JD from South Texas College of Law in 2010 and is licensed to practice in Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming. Caroline is a Board Member of the Wyoming Combat Sports Commission.
