Adam Olschlager focuses his practice on title examination, due diligence, acquisitions/divestitures, and oil and gas-related litigation. Adam has extensive experience preparing complex oil and gas drilling and division order title opinions. He routinely represents clients in both state and federal court, before administrative agencies, and in appellate matters. Prior to joining Shanor & Franklin, Adam practiced with a large regional firm dedicated to representing the oil and gas industry.
Adam grew up in North Dakota and obtained both his J.D. (2007) and B.A. (2003) from the University of North Dakota. Adam resides in Billings, Montana, and is licensed to practice in Montana and North Dakota. In his time away from work, Adam enjoys hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and exploring the outdoors of the Rocky Mountains.
