Patrick Hoog represents exploration and production companies in a variety of title and transactional matters. In addition to having authored numerous drilling and/or division order title opinions for producing and non-producing properties in Oklahoma and Texas, Patrick works closely with in-house land and division order personnel to resolve disputes with landowners and working interest partners. He has drafted a variety of upstream industry contracts and title curative instruments and advised clients on a wide range of legal issues associated with oil and gas development.
Prior to practicing law, Patrick played college football at Oklahoma State and the University of Texas at San Antonio, earned his B.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was a Case Editor on the Oil and Gas, Natural Resources and Energy Journal.
